Taylor Lembi

FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER M31 CAPITAL, & GP

Taylor Lembi, the CEO of M31 Capital, has 20 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry from construction and development to property management, investment and real estate technology. In the course of his career, Taylor has acquired, managed, financed and advised on over $3 billion of real estate-related transactions and serves as a partner in numerous real estate ventures.

Founded in 2016, M31 focuses on multi-family and commercial property. Through established strategic partnerships and his extensive network of contacts, Taylor and his partners are adept at sourcing value-added investment opportunities before they are broadly marketed. M31 Capital also benefits from its vertically integrated, real estate-related service businesses that improve the operating efficiencies and economics of real estate investments.

Prior to forming M31 Capital, Taylor and his business partners founded and managed Red Bridge, a real estate company that acquired and managed varied types of property through syndications. His first real estate investment fund, Black Rail I, was sponsored by M31 Capital and was fully subscribed in 2018. The Fund has invested in property and multifamily units in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to add more units.

Taylor also founded Intellirent Solutions in 2016, a software platform that simplifies the time-consuming process of online rental application screening.

A lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Taylor is a third-generation San Franciscan, who has his finger on the pulse of the Bay Area real estate market. He is active in a variety of civic and charitable projects, including Adopt the Arts, Aids Lifecycle, and Project Open Hand, among many others. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.

Anthony Dagati

MANAGING DIRECTOR, M31 CAPITAL, & GP

Mr. Dagati has over 12 years’ commercial real estate debt and equity experience, most recently as Director of Commercial Debt Originations on an early-stage team at RealtyShares.

Prior to this, Mr. Dagati was VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management Stonemar Properties, a NYC-based owner-operator with a current portfolio in excess of 1.7 million square feet and institutional equity partnerships that include Apollo Global Management, Eightfold Real Estate Capital, The Hampshire Companies, and Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM).

He was later VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management for The Capstone Group, where he acquired distressed and value-add shopping centers nationwide.

Mr. Dagati earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from University of Chicago.

Mr. Robbins is a partner at bpg advertising where he has been instrumental in leading the ideation and execution of marketing and advertising for clients such as Netflix, The City of Las Vegas, NBC Universal, Warner Bros., Apple and many others.

He has been published in Ad Age, Adweek, iMedia and many other publications on topics ranging from how marketers can get the most out of our advertising agency to innovations in social media to the future of advertising in emerging technologies.

I’ve participated in deals with the M31 Capital team for several years and they have earned my trust – and my repeat investment.
